The homes
The floor plans, explained
Both buildings rent one- and two-bedroom homes. We do not publish a fixed catalog of plans, because the honest list is whatever is actually open. Here is what the homes have in common and how to see the live ones.
One bedroom
The one-bedroom homes are lofts in a historic downtown building: a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave, an in-unit washer and dryer in most homes, and exposed brick or ductwork in select units. Bulk internet is included with rent. Sizes vary by home, so the square footage and today's price live on the availability page rather than in a fixed table here.

Two bedroom
The two-bedroom homes carry two full bathrooms in the current listings, which makes them work for roommates splitting rent or for a home office in the second bedroom. Same full kitchen, same bulk internet included, same loft character. The working from home page covers the office setup.
Why there is no fixed plan catalog
A loft building's open homes change week to week, and a floor-plan page that lists sizes and prices goes stale the day a home leases. The availability page pulls the live listings from Newbury Living's leasing system, tagged by building, so the sizes and pricing you see are today's. Court & Marketplace rents one- and two-bedroom homes across both buildings, 308 and 312 Court Ave, with an in-unit washer and dryer in most homes and bulk internet included with rent. Live floor plans and today’s pricing are on the availability page.
